I like the idea. But I don't like the fact that a town mayor beeing MP is using its position to access directly the FED loan account. This way it is a local thing pushed on federal level favoring only the local people. That feels wrong - should it not better be published to all federation citizens?

I can't give you a Yes right now. Can we debate? For example why only Kyoke's town citizens can pull an automatic loan?

Last cycle it was told communety wide that it was going federal

Is that in the law? Thought elmeye remove that. Last second pushing things from a lower level law had me taking other stuff out. If the law goes thru I can gm remove it as its not suppose to have that section.

I would vote "yea" in case we adjust the st louis part and make it federal in another revision afterwards.
