The federal port districts are too small to accommodate the larger boats. The MoI has requested an expansion of the district and law protections for the expansion. See the proposed protections here. This is a revision to the federal highway law.

looks good to me I assume we simply district out more land on the Federal zoning table then, under the MOIs authority to fast track such changes?

The MoI has also requested an additional bank account (not fed by the budget law), to set smaller budgets and have better financial control over the amount used on specific infrastructure projects

I would propose to sell the port by auction

#

It's very expansive to build these with low use

#

And the addition money would be nice

i'm good with expansion of port districts and selling the property rights as long as they are used for the purpose they are intended.
if that is breached, the property rights return to the state.

I could be wrong but doesn't MOI have the ability to open Governmental bank accounts? If not I will be happy to do so and assign her to it if the MPs are in agreement.

What do you think regarding property rights and how in any way does that affect this law? Should this be held?

i don't think we have any knowledge of those projects. for that reason we can't really decide selling rights

The law on its own looks fine, but it all depends on how much money will go into the ports.

I can hire a culture secretary, and I can consult with them, but I don't know enough about culture to have a meaningful impact there and do all the other stuff I need to get done
