Towns and States can apply for exemption from the pollution tax by receiving zoning of local government run power plants where they are run, owned, paid for and fuelled by the town or state.

Hello, the state of Báltica was in discussion to open a power plant too. Does this overlap too much with your power plant north of Báltica or can we still apply for the exemption?

Towns and states are welcome to open there own power plants as most of the supply from that one will run pump jacks.
