As stated by § 2 Infrastructure, federal highways are public and are not to be claimed. They are free to be used by everyone § 4.
§ 4 Fraud defines fraud as gaining a pecuniary advantage for oneself or a third party by the use of an obvious error. Stillwater exploited an obvious error in the federal legislation that allows for the claiming of federal highways in a way that placed them under the jurisdiction of Stillwater. The town of Stillwater then enacted a law preventing our citizens from building federal highways. As a result of this fraudulent action, the pecuniary interest of the citizens of Portland has suffered. As a direct result of this fraud, citizens of Portland are unable to collect federal income by placing roads. Our citizens have also suffered from reduced trade due to improper infrastructure and reasonable access to goods which these federal roads should have provided.
§ 6 High Treason defines High treason as acting willfully against the state goals of the Federation of White Tiger while being entrusted with sovereign duties. By preventing the construction of federal highways, the Stillwater government is willfully acting in opposition to federal interests.
