As outlined in 4.1 any unclaimed land is public land they do not own what is unclaimed. 4.4 only specificies that checkerboard claiming is illegal.

You'd be fully within your right to harvest those fields. You would just probably get bad rep. 🤷‍♂️

There is no law for that.

there is quite a lot of fields that i have planted that I haven't harvested..... I don't own those fields if they don't have claims on them
