I think that it started at a TXT concert (where it supposedly made sense), but now it's pretty common at all K-pop concerts, at least in the US. I saw that Mamamoo even joined in the barking during their tour.

Yeah, she very angrily yelled at me and some people near me. I was merely taking photos, but maybe I'm being pedantic. There were so many other people recording, even right by us, so the unequal enforcement really irked me. Maybe I wasn't looking in the right places, but this tour didn't seem very well promoted. It also was strangely missing from the tour list on r/kpop.

Even if they didn't sell as much as they might have liked, I hope that they give Cincinnati another chance. Or, and I'm obviously being very biased here as a Columbus resident, they could try Columbus since that's a larger city. Or maybe a different Midwest city (maybe Nashville as well since they're still going there). I think that the Midwest has enough K-pop fans that every group touring could probably hit at least one more city over than Chicago. Maybe I'm just sick of defaulting to assuming that Chicago will always be the closest tour location to me. 🤣 🤷🏽‍♀️
