they let you self govern to an extent, just don't exceed 2 seconds each and everything will be great :)

Say the same thing to all of them, you won't have time to process who's who to pick which thing to say in time
Four syllables is optimal
Look at their hand enough to aim, and their eyes for the rest
Don't rush just to keep up with the person in front of you, as long as you don't exceed 2 seconds per member nobody will be the slightest bit mad at you, focus only on the interactions you're having
DO NOT keep looking at the one youre hightouching once you've passed them unless they're last in line, that half second you're giving them is stolen from the member behind them and they will not appreciate it (I accidentally did that to Dami in march and until tonight I wasn't able to forgive myself)

they re-stocked later at around 7:20 after luggage arrived from the airport, and had to close the lines at 7:50 before the concert starts

The line started at 15:45 (I created it :/) but the looong line started when VIP got out of the Soundcheck at 4:30 pm. Finally the merch started selling at 5:00 pm (And they separated the VIP with another line at 4:45 pm)
And it didn’t get smaller since except the concert, and right after there was biiiig lines too (for PC’s especially)

Lined up after soundcheck around 420pm. Didn't get to the front until doors started to open around 630pm. So yes about a 2 hour wait. Hopefully it'll be bit more organized in Toronto.
