My friend and I got there at 7am for vip tickets, wouldn't let any of us sit down throughout the day while waiting. Then when it came to going into the venue they held EVERYONE in the lobby, completely messing up any queueing system there was. Then held one of the sets of doors closed while the other was open, which ended us right at the back of all VIP.
Then when the concert started because of the sloped floors everytime people jumped they naturally moved forward which ended up crushing people at the front. And security were refusing to hand out water, blaming people saying "it's your fault you decided to stand up front"
This was all pre-covid so hopefully they've got better
