Well here's another one. Been to many concerts, about 10-15 of them in 013 and it's easily my favourite venue. No matter where you end up standing, you'll have a good view.

Not only school day, the venue doesnt open on thursdays until 13:30 according to their own website. So you can wait before that, but there wont be an actual line to wait in. I mailed them and they put the fences outside at some point before they open up, but usually, and I quote "A few hours before starting time of the event, and when our employees are available."

So I dont think you feasably have to be there before 1pm if you want a good spot
