Frontiers has directly referenced adventure 1, 2, colours and TSR in them, I’ve seen stuff that looks like scenes from sonic 06 but that’s down to opinion
I’m 15 hours in and I’ve just opened the map for Ares Island, I am somewhat taking my time but also just enjoying exploring
I found this huge ancient cave with ZAP on the ceiling, I have no idea what it means but it was very interesting
The whole game is very confusing in its creation, so much love looks like it went in to half of it, and then the cutscenes are barely animated and sonic wobbles going over rocky terrain. I also had that one bug with a line of pixels breaking like in Lego Star Wars but that was only once and I’ve not seen it since
It’s very minor issues but only sonic team and sega could pull off a game that is this flip floppy in quality
It’s also an amazing game
