So I had been getting the codes through DC Universe Infinite digitally when they originally came out. However, I missed a couple. Luckily I also bought all the physical comics and I just decided to bite the bullet and peel the sticker off the ones I missed and get my stuff. The codes are still valid until 2025 so if you find them on the cheap pick em up!
