Yeah thats just not true they were incredibly over powered and were just not fun to play against especially against an even semi coordinated team

Just shoot near but not at the light
It's easy unless it's pointed right at you, in which case a teammate can help you or you could just move
Like if you don't want to get blinded don't stare at it
Also you can still make out where the shield is, and thus where likely peak angles are while blinded
The shield light doesn't work nearly as well as a flashbang because unlike a flash the shield doesn't move your head, allowing you aim without too much difficulty

When lights were off. I could be in the minority
I honestly thought it was just bugged didn't know it was a nerfed
