Nope... each grunt/TGR you KO, you got the Mysterious Component(for this Battle Weekend you got double per TGR KO); every 6 components then earn you 1 Rocket Radar(your storage could only hold 1 if earned from Mysterious Components; Unlimited if obtain via Rewards etc) ... you could always check your item storage to see how many components you left to get the Radar & when your storage is full, you won't get any Mysterious Component at all, so be sure to "clear" some spaces for it.
