but i think they fixed it now and will keep the shiny even after the CD is over

I'm still asking myself question about softban. Ofc i've understand that u need to avoid it but, in the case you missclick, or do a mistake and do get sometimes softban, is this that bad? or is it okay if it happens rarely ?

just make sure to not make that many mistakes often....
