yes exactly, so if you are doing catch a dragon for a dratini, you can catch 2 of the dratini, then the last one u can run away and it will go to a storage at the top of the quests page where you can encounter it again later

then once you get 3 more quests you can catch it, then it finishes the next set, repeat
