look, tp doesn't cause cooldown
It depends on your last action in-game like spinning a stop or catching a Pokemon
But IF you are on cooldown, you have to click on your desired Pokemon and wait on the catch screen until your Cooldown is over.

But they want people out in groups again, regardless of the pandemic or the new thing coming around.

And I got a 30 day ban for my research into spoofing (before I even was considering doing it permanently), and I TOLD Niantic I was casually spoofing to see what the perks were, how it could overall benefit the game, and they acknowledged it. I finished my research, still got the ban, and they refused to help. lol

And then they tested 2 ideas: coins from tasks in AU. That was too beneficial to players so they abandoned it. The other was remote passes, and that worked well, but they added the half-damage punishment at the start and said the price was reduced for now.

I didn't even get a thank you and I did a 28 page report using data, stats, and more, including how much money spoofers spend vs legit players. The main goal was to add fast travel in-game using the move "fly" that has an hour cooldown to change location, or use "Poke Air" which uses coins. That would have made them SO MUCH MONEY, but it doesn't work for their AR stuff.
