100 is the max number of Pokémon you can keep in the storage. Once you’ve hit 100 it will start to replace what ever Pokémon that was rewarded.

so u mean, I trigger cooldown in Singapore. Its been 1hr and 30mins, and cd Is supposed to be 2hrs since lets say I teleported from Canada. Then Currently in singapore. I was just playing in singapore since i can still catch and spin pokestops around me. I teleport to New york (since cooldown is 30mins left) and try to catch a pokemon, of course it flees since im 30mins left on cd, but since it fled. It does not trigger a cooldown. and I still have 30mins left to my cooldown and no extra time?
