it depends on your last action in-game, like spinning a stop or catching a pokemon.
IF you are on cooldown and tp to a pokemon, the max you have to wait is 2 hours. You have to click on that Pokemon and wait on your catching screen until your cooldown is over

It’s a big list, the basic rules of the server says don’t do 2 for 1 trades so it should be covered under that
