Wild Legendary Beasts
The legendary beasts raikou, entei and suicune are spawning in the wild, however they are almost impossible to catch unless they are shiny. to check if you can catch them use a golden razz berry (no cooldown) and an ultra ball to check if the circle is orange, if not they cannot be caught. its best to only attempt to catch their shiny counterparts to not waste time on cooldown.
