I think there are a difference between the legendary dogs. In my game i sometimes see a legendary dog in the wild with an “S” infront of it. All of those with an “S” have run so far. I got one that didn’t have an “S” and that one i caught. So ig there are dogs that are able to get caught and others that are pretty much guaranteed to run.
