What if I'm on the pokemon catch screen, and before I capture throw a ball I teleport first to Zaragosa. Will I get a cooldown and not be able to catch pokemon and spin stops in Zaragosa since the pokemon is not from there and I just teleported there before catching it?

@balmy marlin if you do that and you are not already in cooldown then the Pokemon will be caught at zara after you tp there but you will still have cooldown and you can't do anything at Zaragoza .
Incase you are in cooldown and do that then the Pokemon will flee
