I would suggest you to start in a popular place since CD pokemons still spawn after 5pm everywhere (yeah, they didn't say it but they do spawn outside the declared time). The only thing different is that shiny odds are lower outside timestamps declared (11am-5pm). Other than that you keep finding CD moons everywhere
