your app might be picking up the CD because it's picked up on the fact that you teleported...gps joystick does that as well but I ignore it because I don't trust the timer. Just remember the last action you did that trigger CD

Vullaby will be 1/75. If you have trouble getting the Super Rocket Radar to appear, activate another Rocket Radar (by doing 6 grunts etc) and it will appear, if restarting app fails to do so for you

Fighting grunts is unlimited, leaders just restricted by times to appear and go to sleep
