Put that file on gdrive or whatever other method you want to get it into the second phone. Then on the second phone, gpx import, select that file and you will be able to select each route you want to import

Only actions initiate cooldown. You can hop from location to location and shiny check with no cooldown. But if you catch a wild Pokémon, spin a stop, etc it will initiate cooldown and you’ll have to wait. Check the pinned messages in #tips_and_tricks for Cooldown 101.
