It is 15 but the chance for a hundo are higher because the ivs are limited. For example I picked up a ton of hundo larvitars in the field quests awhile back. It also great for grinding xl for tyranitar from larvitar and garchomps from gible.

What I do is trade low 90s ivs if your best friends with your alt. That way at worst it won't be much worse and could reroll higher. Don't do it to high 90s to 100iv
