that app will get you banned on pogo, but the reason you do not understand cooldown is because the timer on that app is wrong

tp gives no cooldown at all, only catching and spinning etc

if you do nothing for 2hrs then come back you can snipe freely without waiting

but if i were you i would remove that app and root or downgrade your phone, otherwise the result is a banned acconut
