the last time I researched Draco meteor it was the same deal for both nite and mance... they're very close with outrage often outperforming due to the lower energy cost and less likely to die with unspent energy, but if you're really min maxing then running both can eke out a little more damage. and then you wouldn't use salamance in pvp ever, and dragonite really not using either but still favor outrage
