kinda depends on your spoofing program a bit; with a star piece active its 450 a catch, so it depends how many seconds a catch takes you on average.

if your program skips the catch animation when successful it tends to average ~5 seconds a catch (since sometimes you need multiple balls) so... 10 seconds for ~1k, 10000 seconds for ~1m

which is roughly 160 minutes? 2-3 hours

if you catch faster'n that, then you'll do better

similarly, since evolved pokemon give more dust you'll gain more on those too

some serious rounding and napkin math going into that tho

and it assumes you constantly have pokemon available to catch, and a starpiece active, and no time spent transferring, etcetera.
