So when we teleport to a raid it wasn’t letting me battle, but just been reading you can do raids if you teleport but not if you have a soft ban on already etc

ah gotcha. ye cooldown affects the ability to join raids in general. it kicks when the countdown reaches 0 if still on cooldown. however, if you're off cooldown you can bounce around as much as you want and raid endlessly until you berry/ball a mon. then you wait.

if you wanna raid legendaries, feel free to follow #raid_tapubulu since it factors in cooldown automatically

as for megas, #raid_3. #raid_2 for shinies, etc
