Can someone prove my theory. I know you can get balloon every 6 hrs,but most of hus have regular team rocket balloon. So what I did was to add another 6 minutes since the regular team go rocket ballon dispawn in just 5 minutes while the meowth balloon dispawn in 20 minutes. So you need to close you pokemon go at exactly 6 then open again at 6:06.
