Just have to pin and unpin the post card whenever opening a gift to make progress. Don’t need to actually keep it pinned unless you want it pinned.

Well its bc the ppl in the ipogo discord claim there's no bans rooted and it's pretty much the same way pokemod is undetectable they also inject the spoofing tools into the original app instead of a 3rd party app

Anyone have tips on shiny hunting? I play in pretty populated areas like Fishermans Wharf in San Francisco but I noticed my newer accouts encounter way more shinies than my high level accout (57). Do the chances of shinies correlate with something like how many pokemon you catch?

Also I think i am on cooldown, then I teleported to another location, encountered a shiny, accidentally dropped a pokeball on the ground, but the shiny did not flee (pokeball didnt hit the pokemon). Is this normal, I thought it would flee cuz dropping a call counts as an interaction? What should I do now if I am still on the pokemon capture screeen?

no its not account related its rng. And second until you hit the mon it wont flee but it would trigger a cd if you drop the ball that is if you were not in cd already but as you were its not gonna matter

Like he said dropping ball would trigger CD. That is only if it's a VALID interaction. Since you were already on cooldown very far away, it's an INVALID interaction and won't cause cooldown. Even if you would have attempted to catch and the Pokémon would flee, it would be an invalid interaction and wouldn't cause a "new" cooldown

You can never cause a "new" cooldown unless you did a valid interaction within the game that causes CD in the first place.
