Jolteon can be good enough with the right fast attack.

If your name is like tony19374, change it. Use a pose whatever it is you have besides the base one. Put on a mask. Use a mushroom. Things to show without words you are invested into the account and not a bot. Get a blissey, at this point there is no excuse not to have one. It doesn't have to be a team of legendaries.

Good teams I have seen from lower level players. Blissey /Jolteon / Gengar. Just find something that resists things. Duraludon is the only thing I know that resists everything.

Get something like Pokegenie. It will tell you which fast attacks have a 0.5 second charge time.
