Does camping incense spawns work or doesn’t work for cooldown purposes? I ask only because got a 3rd shiny unown W but I found it teleporting 2 hr cooldown away

Will it still be here? Because in my experience the incense spawns weren’t always consistently campable, it hasn’t worked in the past
