Actions in game trigger cooldown. Like battling a gym, etc. if someone knocks out your gym, they can’t do much of anything until a specific amount of time has passed, aka cooldown

No. Bans are not behavioral based.... I play in NY during day and Sydney during night (EST is my time zone..)

During events I will play Sydney, UK/Zaragoza, NY, San fran, and then honolulu all in 24hrs....for years.

When I use velocity to do research tasks I "break cooldown rules" literally everyday... Spinning the stop too early, bans are triggered likely from apps that interfere or alter server traffic, or pull API. Not behavior. That old list of rules is bogus.

Cooldown is 2hrs max, then you can catch...

Same accpunt, since July 6th, 2016....ive had 1 red warning (using a "nameless app"), tested this by simply LOGGING into this same app and doing no action at all on an Alt, got hit with a red warning. It's NOT behavioral based.

I dont really think that these spoofing apps has to do with the banning. I think it's on how you use them. I've been in literally every spoofing app since 2019 and I didn't receive a single warning. Also been changing my device for 3 times during that time til present

But there's the research task "Do 3 max battles"
So if we do the one with 250 cost, 750 particles get us 3 Duraludon, that's 9 for 2250.

The evolutions were never in raids. You need to defeat 30 psychic or ghost to evolve charcadet with you as your buddy. You can also repeat battle rocket grunt if you find the right type because they count as a battle
