I see people solo latios and latias dmax in yt. Not that hard really. You just need to invest in some mons and a lot of low levels and even high levels fail to do that.

There's dmax beldum, gengar, lapras,zacian,zamazenta or supports such as blissey. The problem i see is letting it free for all levels. There's always someone who wants to freeload every time

thats crazy to be able to solo it. i couldnt imagine that lol. the problem with that is it takes a massive amount of investment to get pokes that good. like ive been playing for a few years and consider myself and my teams decent, theyre nowhere near max cause of the sheer amount of resources that it constantly takes up, but still should be able to group with a team of 40s all with decent counter pokes to do it.
i guess it does give the bosses rarity because not everyone can just come faceroll it like most raids

Not right dude. It is not 100% catch rate it is actually quite hard to catch wasting many balls but the key is that the shiny birds are not 97% flee rate like their nonshiny versions. So they will not flee immediately but are really hard to catch.
