Sure, spoof to Dubai, add the raid gym coords to favorites, spoof to Kiritimati because it's already May 18th there. Restart the app and wait for the spawns to show up before you spoof back to the raid gym and collect the pass.

You only need to do this once, then you're good.

Unlike in Step 1 where you have to spoof back amd forth from Pago Pago to every raid gym
