tropius itself can be a rare spawn, factoring in event spawns that take over them in most cases the odds of a hundo tropius is low in general.

you can do DM notifications if you really wanna know when it can spawn, but that requires donor role of silver or higher.

That is what I do, means you can collect the passes as quickly as possible with no additional movement so no wasted time that would give your timezone enough time to update. Its still not a guarantee it will work but gives the best chance for it to work if you follow the steps correctly
