First you drop down the gym coord for you are going to raid,in this case drop 6coords where the gym are not far from each other. Then follow step 1. Before the wild spawn appear,there’s a glimpse of time the gym will appear first. Do not move around as that loads the map faster for wild spawn to appear. Click the gym before wild spawn appear

If you did that right,after 6th raid just restart back at the place you raided. You should get the additional 6 pass without doing anything

You can get candies from certain quest and you can use those on it. Also doing routes is another good way to get candies
