What do you do when you play a route? Just go from start to finish at regular walking speed and that's it? Or you try to take as long as it says in the info that the route takes?

you will notice a blue line follows you as you walk. If you walking too fast, the game will say the route is paused. So you find that point where you can walk without getting the route paused. You don't need to walk as slow as the time it suggests

although if you are trying to get thew cells, you need to walk in small segments and wait for spawns to show up, otherwise you might miss the zygarde cel spawning. Usually they show up at the last 1/3 of the route
