yea if you want a high rank inkay the highest it can go right now is rank 50 since its the highest rank with in the 4/4/4 weather boosted ivs cap

0/15/9 inkays can not spawn right because all of the inaky in nz were weather boosted. the minimum a weather boosted mon can be is 4/4/4 so you wont find any rank 49+ inkay until they aren't weather boosted
