@eager coral hearts can only be earned once a day. if you earned any hearts for that mon and swap with another, the hearts stick until its the next day. 26 hearts total each day if you fill the entire heart page (excluding any bonus hearts)

For Step 1, yes... you have to trick the game that you're using passes for 18th, then tele to 19th and click a gym "immediately" to receive your pass

Step 3 is different, you just have to do it once. Tele to 20th, then tele to 19th where raid hour is active, then go on raiding in that active area for 6 more times if you want to.
