Giovanni 1st pokemon is always shadow persian, last is always shadow Palkia. middle can be either rhyperior, Kingdra, or Nidoking. Take your strongest fighting type to deal with Persian as your first. If its rhyperior next, you can defeat that as well, if not, you can whittle the others down. Kingdra and Palkia are both water dragons, so fairies are good. Ice is also an option since Nidoking is a ground poison, and ground being weak to ice. Do note that water typing on both kingdra and palkia neutralize ice weakness.
I personally take Annihilape, Meowscarda and Mamoswine (with ice moves) because thats all I have. If you have like a mega gardevoir or something for second and third half, it should do good
