False. Kyurem were a mistake. McDonald’s was supposed to be spawning the current legendary (latios). But because it’s a mega, it’s technically not a tier 5. Kyurem is the default tier 5, so it spawned. They realized what happened and fixed it. Will be latios/latias (or whatever the current tier 5 is)

And i know there was a malfunction in Niantic anti cheat system and so many legit players got banned for nothing so they have to release the ban from every single account

And some players claim they are legit but they actually spoof and thats how they got their ban

Especially from using modified apps

Rooted android or jailbreak ios both uses the original apps from play Store or app store and hence not modified and that's why they are the safer options
