I've been playing the game almost since its release—OG here. I noticed through a friend that there's a Legacy Level 40 medal for those who reached Level 40 before the end of 2020 (or the beginning of 2021). He has the medal, and I don’t, even though I hit 40 way before him.

The thing is, I reached Level 40 well before the end of 2020. I can’t even remember exactly when, but I know it was way before. However, after COVID hit, a lot of things changed in my life, and I stopped playing Pokémon GO for about a year and a half (only came back to the game in August 2021). So now I don’t have the medal, even though I was Level 40 long before the end of 2020. I think I deserve the medal…

Is there any way to contact support? If I show them proof that I reached Level 40 before the deadline, do you think they would award me the Legacy medal? Probably they wouldn’t even need proof because they could access the database and verify when I hit Level 40.

Rick my only confusion now with tips and tricks for raid pass is step 3. Wait till it’s the 15th in my time zone? So wait till Sunday and then restart in kirimimati or however you spell it. Then teleport to where raids are live. (But where would raids be live if it’s already the 15th) or does it have to be like early morning on the 15th to go back to a time zone that it’s still the 14th -2-5 pm?
