The issue is all the bot commands work on a “greater than or equal to” basis. Which is how you’d want it (I.e if you set iv90, you’d want to see 96, 88, etc; same with levels, cp). IV0 would break this

Just teleportation doesn't give you cooldown. It's for your previous actions (check #tips_and_tricks cooldown guide). Incase you are still under cooldown and you encounter a shiny you can hold it on your catch screen for 2hrs or whatever cooldown is left and catch after that

Or don't trigger cooldown before teleportation and catch the Pokemon immediately after teleporting
