I got a question about spoofing shinies. There's a guy in my local community that on average gets 3 shinies each day and some days he gets even up to 5. His screenshots all seem legit and consistent. He also denies any spoofing. Is there a way to spoof shinies or is this guy genuinely lucky?

Luck, you can't spoof shinies. Some pokemon may have a rate increase on shiny but otherwise it will be shiny for one person but not another .

It goes the same for raids, you may have 19 people raiding but only 1 of them may get a shiny version of the raid pokemon.
