6 hours is the channel cooldown rules since it use to be spammed in the past. nothing can be done about that aside from waiting out the time now. the character limit was implemented since people were posting 15 page essays in the trade channel so to cut down clutter it was limited to 100 characters per the channel rules. that includes spaces, enters, etc. #rules_and_guide shows the rules of the trade channel to avoid running into those issues for the future.

So you have to use a nintendo switch with a copy of pokémon Scarlet or violet, which you pair your pokémon Go account to and send a postcard to the Scarlet or violet game which will enable you to use the "coin bag" (very similar to the mystery box) to spawn gimmighoul every 1-5 minutes for 30 minutes, and then for every fifth time you send a postcard to Scarlet or Violet, which you can only do once per day, you will get a golden lure. You can only have one Golden Lure at a time.

yes. major bug, raid frozen after around 50 seconds. i tried to quit and reenter, then it progresses very slowly. i guess maybe everyone needs to quit and reenter after the bar on top (lugia's stamina) starts to freeze. i redid it for 5-6 times, every time used star revives still couldn't win

I think the Shadow Lugia Raid is seriously bugged and you should stop attacking it. It's just wasting your Raid Pass for nothing. There's no way to defeat it right now and it seems to be a common bug with all Lugia Raids.
