Theres a few unresolved issues currently so theres no timeframe for nests to be updated. In the meantime, you could check livemaps from the pinned messages in here, filter for your chosen Pokémon and look for cluster spawns that may show where a nest currently is

Yes, on that same website. It's a simulation. Most pokemon in great league do not need legacy moves. It's ultra league and up where it's an issue

You can opt to use pokemon that don't need any legacy moves, but they might need XL candies
