I'm a freeloader too. For coins I place as many as possible mons in a remote location and just use a different account to defeat and gain coins. And for extra passes, don't use them for every other 5 star raids. Keep this in mind everything will be available for free at some time. Just wait for some time and you will have your chance. Don't waste your premium raid pass for regular legendaries. Use them for legendaries that are actually good like for Mewtwo. I remember using all my 120 saved up premium raid pass to get a single hundo. But alas I still didn't get one.
