Yep. It's iv ranked based on stat product. Generally higher is better, but there are plenty of cases where a lower ranked (lower stat product) actually does better (for various reasons-might hit an atk or def breakpoint, or higher hp allows it to survive. Just depends)

For people having issues, Nanab berries to get the right angle + throw for a curve ball.
I kid you not, I covered half the screen with my left hand so I could coll focus on exactly where the throw angle was.

Once you’ve got that, use golden razz berry Mewtwo and time it about 3s after he punches. Don’t aim for excellents imo, aim for great throws otherwise you’ll be waiting too long for perfect throws and sike yourself out
